春季排球邀请赛： Possible Schedule Change

Dear participating team leaders

We just got the word from MIT Gym that they will not be able to provide us four volleyball courts on May 23 for our volleyball tournament as reserved. Instead they can only provide us 2 courts for that day. They informed us that the reason for this change is because MIT will have to do some due repair work for the upcoming commencement ceremony inside the gym, including volleyball court. As a result of this unexpected change, there will be a great possibility that we have to postpone the tournament to a future date. Seven teams have registered at this point (possibly more teams will register before the online registration closes on May 18th) so it will be logistically impossible to finish the whole event in a timely fashion with only two courts available. CNASA already secured four courts on June 20th so we will likely postpone the event to that date.

This is not the final decision. In about two days as we know more about the exact number of participating teams, we will send out another e-mail to let everybody know the exact date for this tournament. CANSA staffs are really sorry about this change and any inconvenience this change may cause.Thanks for your understanding.
