Subject: CNASA Volleyball 2019 Registration

Please include:
1) Team Name, selection of level A or B
2) Captain Name, Phone
3) Registration Fee $200, please send check (payable to CNASA) to CNASA treasurer, 8 Marion Rd, Belmont MA 02478

Because of shortage of personnel during the game day, we may not take lunch orders at this time, please each player brings its own lunch. We will let you know if there is any change for this.

The rules, which is the same as before, will be sent out at later time.
